All of our orders are meticulously inspected before shipping and shipped in the best way to protect your product.
All orders are verified and photographed prior to shipping to ensure quality and are shipped with tracking that will be provided to you after purchase confirmation is sent.
If your order has any issues, we request that you contact LiveLoveBidoof within 24 hours of the delivery of your package with a description and supporting documentation.
For incorrect orders, we will issue return shipping and make sure you receive the correct item purchased.
LiveLoveBidoof holds our right to not sell to those who can not comply with our terms and conditions. Examples of non-compliance include:
- Frequent cancelation of services, and failed financial transactions.
- Multiple confirmed user accounts.
- Offers to pay externally from our store.
Return and Refund Policy
A Return and Refund requirements consists of:
- Must be made within 1 day or 24 hours of arrival with tracking confirmation
- State of return (e.g. unworn)
- Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
If all of these and or a legitimate reason / extraneous event is applicable for a refund of your order, we will provide you with:
- Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
- Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
